Obama to name three to DC Circuit Court on Tuesday: White House

(Reuters) - President Barack Obama will on Tuesday name Patricia Ann Millett, Cornelia Pillard, and Robert Wilkins to fill three vacancies on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, a White House official said on Monday.
The president is due to make the announcement at 10:15 a.m. (1415 GMT) at the White House, the official said.
