Biden campaign fires back after Trump posts image showing president hog-tied

March 30 (UPI) -- Former President Donald Trump is drawing criticism after his election campaign posted video footage of an image on the back of a pickup truck depicting President Joe Biden hog-tied.......................................




..................Biden campaign manager Michael Tyler fired back.

"This image from Donald Trump is the type of crap you post when you're calling for a bloodbath or when you tell the Proud Boys to 'stand back and stand by,'" Tyler said in a statement Friday.

"Trump is regularly inciting political violence and it's time people take him seriously -- just ask the Capitol Police officers who were attacked protecting our democracy on January 6."

The U.S. Secret Service said in a statement to Politico it "does not confirm or comment on matters of protective intelligence."

It's that TFG, a man who has a following of violent thugs that regularly do his bidding, posted it. He is calling for violence against our highest elected official. He should be locked up immediately. IMMEDIATELY! He has violated the terms of any bond agreement he had. He needs to be hauled in, stripped, and forced to submit to a full body cavity search and LOCKED UP until his trial is over--JUST LIKE ANY OTHER CRIMINAL! He has gone TOO FAR! We should all be screaming for justice and to remove the threat he imposes on our nation and elected officials!

If the situation was reversed -- where TSF would be depicted as bound hand-and-foot on a vehicle -- the MAGATs (and especially those who actively resort to threats and actual violence) would have "doxxed" the truck owner and responded by publishing that personal info on their so-called social media, encouraging (if not aiding and abetting) violence.

I commend the members here for taking a different approach: publicly condemn this despicable behavior but not turn it into a personal attack!!

The picture I saw showed a black dot in the middle of Biden's forehead that looked like an effort to portray a fatal gunshot wound. Was that just a flaw in the printing of the photograph? I would not want to be making false accusations, but that seems to me to make this misdeed more serious. Although it would not be the first time for such a thing. There was that severed head picture of Trump years ago, and then some person on DU pointed out that somebody had gotten away with selling items showing Obama in a severed head picture. Of course, that kind of picture is vicious no matter which President is depicted that way.
