LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The U.S. Justice Department is seeking to seize the PNC Plaza office tower in Louisville, alleging it was purchased with money embezzled from a Ukrainian bank.

In a complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, federal officials say that the 30-story PNC Plaza, as well as an office park in Texas, were purchased using money embezzled from PrivatBank in Ukraine, according to a statement from the department.

The complaints allege that Ukranian oligarchs Ihor Kolomoisky and Gennadiy Boholiubov, who owned PrivatBank, embezzled and defrauded the bank of billions of dollars. They purchased hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate and businesses across the country, including PNC Plaza, according to the complaint.

The buildings have a combined value of $70 million, according to the department.

Would be going after Ukrainians if they had anything to do with Mitch or his wife.
Especially when it comes out of "a complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida"

I'd guess it may have more to do with Trump's obsession with Joe, Hunter and Ukraine.

It is just a matter of time before a link is found between Ukrainian real estate buys and a benefit to one or more of Trump's holdings.

This is why we need to see Trump's tax returns.

That should be interesting.

These people make my non-legal head spin with their language. "Seeking seizure......based on allegations."

From article:

A complaint is only an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
