Man who wrote to Trump peddling toxic bleach as miracle coronavirus cure charged with federal crime

Source: New York Daily News

A Florida man who had sent a letter to President Trump peddling toxic bleach as a fake coronavirus cure has been arrested by the commander-in-chief’s own Justice Department, an ironic turn of events that comes two months after the nation’s leader suggested the ludicrous method as a possible COVID-19 treatment.

Mark Grenon, the self-described archbishop of a fraudulent “non-religious church,” marketed the potentially lethal “Miracle Mineral Solution” as a groundbreaking coronavirus cure and directed his customers to ingest it by mouth, authorities said Wednesday.

Grenon, 62, and his three adult sons — Jonathan, 34, Jordan, 26, and Joseph, 32 — were charged with criminal contempt, conspiracy to defraud the United States and conspiracy to violate the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

The Bradenton residents have long marketed MMS as a miracle cure-all for dozens of other serious diseases and disorders, including cancer, Alzheimer’s, autism, multiple sclerosis, and HIV/AIDS, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.

If he had kept up with the payments, Trump wouldn't have ordered Barr to arrest him.

When someone has Stage-4 cancer you’re desperate. I bought some online when my wife was diagnosed and we were desperate. She had begun other treatments and I ingested the smallest dose possible for a few days as a guinea pig. My wife was sick, I didn't want to make her worse, so I took the MMS for her to see if it was dangerous. Like I said, desperate.

Long story short, my wife also took IV ascorbic acid coupled with chemo and it produced results so there was no need to do anything so radical. She survived.

But I took it for a few days and it didn’t kill me. It isn’t “bleach” per se, but it’s not something anyone with any medical reputation would ever recommend.

the gallon jug of brainwash I ordered, my case of mental floss has been on back order for a month.

How am I supposed to get all this junk out of my brain? The images, the stupidity, the colossal ignorance, I had been counting on the bleach and floss to free my beautiful mind, but no, somebody has to arrest the guy before my order shows up.
