Hackers claim they've got Trump's 'dirty laundry' -- and demand $42 million ransom to keep it private

Source: Raw Story

A group of hackers claim that they’ve obtained a pile of “dirty laundry” on President Donald Trump and are threatening to release it unless the law firm they stole it from forks over $42 million.

The New York Post reports that hacker group REvil launched a successful attack against celebrity law firm Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks in which they swiped 756GB of data from the firm’s servers.

Hackers initially asked the law firm, which represents high-profile clients including Lady Gaga and Madonna, for $21 million, but they doubled their request on Thursday after claiming that they’d also obtained information on Trump.

“Mr Trump, if you want to stay president, poke a sharp stick at the guys, otherwise you may forget this ambition forever,” the hackers wrote in a threat posted online. “And to you voters, we can let you know that after such a publication, you certainly don’t want to see him as president… The deadline is one week.”

from tRump's Apprentice days on NBC. We can see and hear daily with our own eyes and ears what a shitass barbarian this monster is (and was). Why wouldn't a firm have dirt on this POS? He's had to defend himself against numerous lawsuits and allegations for more than 5 decades. I've no doubt there was more than one attorney other than Cohen having to work twenty-four seven to keep his ample ass out of one crack or another.

Mike Bloomberg is plotting a massive spending blitz to back Joe Biden’s quest for the White House,” CNBC reports.

“The former New York mayor and his closest political advisors are discussing whether Bloomberg’s expenditure will include major donations to pro-Biden super PACs, Biden’s joint fundraising effort with the Democratic National Committee, or another independent group.”

“Though it’s unclear how much Bloomberg will eventually spend, some of the people familiar with the matter noted that they anticipate Bloomberg to end up spending in excess of $250 million to support Biden… Any major financial support from Bloomberg backing Biden does not include what he could put toward assisting congressional Democrats.”

I dont believe it nor do i take much of Raw Story's sensationalistic "reporting" seriously. Will believe it if it leads to something.

Why just demand this law firm pay it?

But I doubt its real. Otherwise, disgusting though it is to pay off criminals, I'd contribute to a Go Fund Me to raise the money.

It would have to be a guaranteed knock out though. Now, even if it were proof of Trump shooting someone on 5th avenue, or multiple affairs while in office, with underage girls in the back of a pizza parlour, it would not be enough for his cult flock.

I'd be more likely to believe them if they let slip a couple of minor tidbits to show they actually have something. If not, I'll have to assume that they're just blowing smoke.

I stopped reading right there.

Get back to me when a reputable source reports this.

designed to frighten Trump into a total meltdown. He is already most of the way there, anyhow.

But what could they have on him? Trump is as clean as a whistle, he has released all his tax returns, explained his relationship with Russian investments, explained his love for the stubby North Korean leader, and is loved by everyone!
His pandemic response has been speedy and effective.

Nothing to worry about, #45. All set for a clean sweep in November, you are sure to win!

Even if a total hoax, this rates really high on the 'let's annoy Trump' scale. On the same level as the Obamagate thing he and Fox are drumming up out of thin air.
