Very surprised by the first few replies in this thread, one would think this was DI.

If you don’t like the woman that’s fine, but this “away with her, I’ve had enough” is bullshit.

Let the young woman speak. If you don’t like what she has to say, then don’t listen. But honestly, if she is making you this uncomfortable this easily, maybe you should sit down and try to sort out why.
