Bevin stands by past comments as Beshear gets grilled on campaign promises in fourth debate

Republican incumbent Matt Bevin and Democratic challenger Andy Beshear squabbled during their second debate in three days when they appeared on Kentucky Education Television together Monday.

Moderator Renee Shaw refereed the discussion — dominated by crosstalk — by quizzing the two contenders on the various topics leading into the Nov. 5 election.

But the two rivals couldn't stay focused on many topics for long without taking personal shots at teach other.

“You've never created a job in your entire life — ever. You’re the Hunter Biden of Kentucky,” Bevin said, referencing former Vice President Joe Biden’s son. "Everything you've gotten your father (former Gov. Steve Beshear) has handed to you."

There is hardly a campaign commercial of his that doesn't have the orange monster either speaking or arm-and-arm with Bevin.

I so hope he loses his ass next week because of it.

I live outside of Lexington and rarely see any Bevin signs; LOTS of Beshear signs though.

You are so right that Bevin has tied himself to the sinking Trump ship....the commercials make me ill.

I cannot speak for the rest of the state -- but all 3 votes in my house will go to Beshear

Have you seen the ads for Stumbo? Blathering about how he is aligned with Obama, Hillary, Pelosi, and every Dem known to man. "He's not one of us".
