US special representative to Iran says 'we are going to increase our sanctions'

Source: CNBC

U.S. special representative to Iran, Brian Hook, told CNBC on Saturday that the U.S. is going to increase sanctions on Iran.

“We are going to increase our sanctions on Iran and continue our foreign policy,” Hook told CNBC’s Hadley Gamble in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.

Hook said a lot of pressure is needed in order to address Iran’s “regional aggression” and a new foreign policy devised by the U.S. aims to bring Iran back to the negotiating table.

“When the President (Trump) got out of the Iran deal, we put a new foreign policy that does a couple of things. It is going to deny the regime the revenue that it needs to run a violent and expansionist foreign policy. But it is also designed to bring them back to the negotiating table,” Hook said.

would give us permanent, total hegemony over the world. It did temporarily to a degree, but globalization also eventually provides work-arounds against any power's efforts toward dominance.

In fact, efforts toward dominance simply encourage other nations to step in with competition. We've seen that with aircraft, communications and basic foods. Some industries are slower to come around such as oil exploration services/components, but eventually will.

If dollar reserve currency dominance ever collapses, we're screwed.

Reagan analogy. Seldom go that direction using anything Reagan because there are so few that really saw what you and I agree on. And those who did really understand what the Neo-Con Rethugs were up to with their total world USA dominance, are seeing what the end results are. Education is the worst enemy of some group or groups who want a total control of other groups.

Just got to shake one's head on how the Conservative Political masses just plain think people are ignorant and they have the keys to the brain power closet.
