NRA busted giving Trump 9,259 times the legal limit: Bombshell campaign finance lawsuit

Source: raw story

24 Apr 2019 at 19:54 ET

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) was sued in federal court on Tuesday for allegedly failing to enforce campaign finance laws against the National Rifle Association (NRA).

Giffords, the nonprofit organization founded by former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) after she survived an assassination attempt, sued the FEC for allegedly allowing the NRA to violate campaign finance law — including to help Donald Trump.

The new lawsuit, reported by BuzzFeed court and justice reporter Zoe Tillman, mentions the word “Trump” thirty-five times.

“Plaintiff’s complaints demonstrate that the National Rifle Association (“NRA”) violated the Federal Election Campaign Act by using a complex network of shell corporations to unlawfully coordinate expenditures with the campaigns of at least seven candidates for federal office, thereby making millions of dollars of illegal, unreported, and excessive in-kind contributions, including up to $25 million in illegal contributions to now President Donald J. Trump,” the lawsuit charged.

.......................

And Trump wasn’t the only Republican listed in the lawsuit. The lawsuit also named Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO), Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Montana state auditor Matt Rosendale, who unsuccessfully ran for U.S. Senate in 2018.........................................................

Ah. love it that they included the other Repugs listed in the lawsuit.

Which is something AG Barr all-of-sudden now supports. Before she is compelled to testify in one court hearing, or another. And now, yet another.

If/when she testifies, cadet bone spurs’ comments will be fulfilled: “This is the end of my (P)residency. I’m fucked.” As will be the fate of the NRA. No wonder their pleas for donations have become more desperate recently. They realize they’re totally fucked!

Who thought that taking care of your teeth was a useless exercise and something that only "pussies" would do, so little Donald grew up without access to regular dental care.

As he became a celebrity, he would be able to hide certain aspects of his tooth loss with plates, etc. But he wouldn't have implants, etc., because it was an involved, time-consuming, and expensive process. He could just shove a denture in, the same way dear old Dad did. If you kind of keep your lips together like a goldfish, your artificial teeth won't pop out when you talk.

He is an absolute model of physical, mental, and emotional dysfunction.

53. No, Len Blavatnik donated millions to McConnell's campaign and Senate Leaders
Thu Apr 25, 2019, 01:04 PM
Apr 2019

Len Blavatnik, is now a dual U.S.-U.K. citizen. But Blavatnik was born in Odessa, during Soviet reign, emigrated to US in late 1970s. He went back to Russia in the late ’80s. Apparently one of/the richest man in UK now.

His companies donated over $6.3 million, with $2.5 million going to McConnell’s Senate Leadership Fund. In 2017, Blavatnik donated another $1 million to the Inaugural Committee. Donald Trump , Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, Lindsey Graham, John Kasich and John McCain also accepted contributions.

Blavatnik and his long time friend and business partner Viktor Vekselburg hold about a 20% percent stake in an aluminium company called Rusal. Vekselberg also happens to be the largest shareholder in the Bank of Cyprus (think Manafort, Wilbur Ross).

Vekselburg is a Ukrainian-born Russian oligarch, one of Russia's richest men and close to Putin.

Rusal also owned in part by by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, and Rusal was on on the U.S. sanctions list until recently. McConnell was among the advocates for lifting sanctions on Rusal, claimed Treasury would maintain pressure on Deripaska personally but no need to punish Rusal and disrupt global aluminum supplies.

Deripaska controls RUSAL with about 48% stake held by one of his companies. Russian government owns about 5% of this Deripaska's company thru its state owned bank, VTB.

Rusal just announced plans to invest around $200 million to build a new aluminum plant in Kentucky. Rusal will have a 40 percent stake in the facility.

Read this and tell me that Mitch is not in this up to his eyeballs.
