WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump said Tuesday that the effort to conceal the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi at a Saudi consulate in Turkey was the "worst cover-up ever."

Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump declined to preview what the U.S. would do in response to Khashoggi's death by Saudi operatives. But he was clear in his view that the operation and its aftermath demonstrated incompetence.

"They had a very bad original concept, it was carried out poorly, and the cover-up was the worst in the history of cover-ups," he said. "They had the worst-cover up ever."

Shortly after Trump spoke, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the U.S. would punish certain Saudis who have been connected to the killing.

I suspect deep in his heart of black hearts he admires killers.

Killers who can get away with it, that is.

... Trump's inauguration so you just know that Trump and company was really gonna crack
down on the Saudis but Saudi Arabia has 10 trillion $ deal to buy weapons from America and
that means 25 million jobs for Americans.

They made a huuuuge mistake by not calling tRump for consultation on this cover-up, and so they failed.

Bigly failed.

So now, they'll have to pay him double to advise on how to cover-up the botched cover-up.........

They knew they could get away with it with no consequences, and it sends a louder message to all the other vocal critics than if they just made the journalist quietly disappear.

Not a cover-up, or a killing, or a murder ??? Medieval cruelty. And the Western press always notes about "women can now drive." Like that's the biggest step of progress into the 20th century thus far...let alone the 21st.

Which he probably was told by his intel people before it happened this was going to happen , and he did nothing, could be why he's helping the prince cover up his involvement . He's hiding what and when he knew about this, and he is covering up his involvement also maybe. The only reason he's sent people there is to get their stories and cover up, and excuses straight.
