Video shows white student throwing beer on black men for kneeling during national anthem

A video has emerged of a white student throwing beer on two black men for kneeling during the national anthem at a Lakers game.

Haley Perea, a student at California Baptist University, is seen hurling her drink on the two men and saying: "Excuse me, this is for the national anthem you pieces of shit."

Her classmate Savannah Sugg recorded the clip and uploaded it to Twitter the caption: "'Take a kneel for the land of the slaves.' Disrespect our flag and our country and that's how we'll react."

The two students deleted their social media accounts after the uproar that followed. Many have called for Perea and Sugg to be kicked out of California Baptist University and fired from their jobs (the restaurant where Sugg works confirmed to The Tab that she is still employed by them).

it was a woman from my perusal of 'incident' and accompanying text and yes the management should get a visit from a lawyer...doesn't matter what side spoke first...'free speech, don'tchaknow........I got a beer in the face, glass missed me by an inch at a bar one time, I just happened to the middle guy between two antagonists...their conversation degenerated as I sat there...they really did start fighting and had to be ejected. I paid up and left....quickly around the corner as the bouncer had them in a choke hold...I think they never saw me...

If a man had done this EVERYONE would be up in arms, Some probably even laughed at the guys getting shit thrown at them. This story hits home because something similar happened to me in college.I was dating a few different ladies my second year in school. (I didn't have any serious relationships just casual in school) I picked one girl to take on spring break and that pissed off another girl I only went out with a couple times, She walked up to me when I returned from florida in the Commons area in front of god and everyone and dumped a super big cup of OJ on my head. I had to sit there and take it just because I didn't take her.

Cops sure are picky about when they have enough evidence to arrest someone. Had the races been reversed there would have been helicopters in the air and news vans surrounding the stadium in search of the "thug." Fox News would have had a field day.

They clearly don't understand the concept of freedom. This despite their claims of how they stand for American freedoms and all that jazz. If they are willing to become this unhinged over this, I suspect they would be fully capable of taking it to the next steps if we ever get to that point.
