The Ben Taub General Hospital is being evacuated due to first-floor flooding and power outages, officials said.

Officials said people who are in critical condition will be evacuated first.

Just saw on the news that a nursing home in Dickson is flooded waste deep. Dickinson was under a voluntary evacuation order. Why were these elderly residents evacuated?
