CNN severs ties with Jeffrey Lord
Source: CNN
(CNNMoney) CNN severed ties with Jeffrey Lord on Thursday, hours after he ignited controversy by tweeting the words "Sieg Heil!" at a prominent liberal activist.
"Nazi salutes are indefensible," a CNN spokesperson said in a statement. "Jeffrey Lord is no longer with the network."
Lord said his tweet was misunderstood. He said he was mocking fascists, not acting like one.

A certain attitude often accompanied by a squinty look and a superior smile that makes you instantly hate a person. Similar to snobby.
He/she/it is totally smarmy, I want to punch them in the face.

from the CNN line-up. Hes provided hours of entertainment over the past six months.
I love the way he sputters when confronted with yet another Trump statement or action. He does righteous indignation well, and invariably launches into a diatribe of But what about Bill Clinton? But what about Obama? But what about Hillary? in response to everything from Trump handing classified information to the Russians to trying to explain the deeper meaning of covfefe.
Jeffrey Lord was almost a caricature of the dumbass Republican: ultimately ill-informed and willing to excuse anything his pResident says or does even, as Anderson Cooper so eloquently put it, if he took a dump on his desk.
