Mich. Supreme Court will hear emergency manager repeal case

The Michigan Supreme Court will decide whether a repeal of Michigan's controversial emergency manager law should appear on the Nov. 6 election ballot, the court announced Wednesday.
The state's highest court will hear oral arguments at 10 a.m. July 25. Each side will have 30 minutes to argue whether advocates of a Public Act 4 repeal complied with a state requirement that the petition language appear in 14-point type.

(21,475 posts)They openly Brag about No compromise and the ONLY way is their way....They no longer even make a show of trying to Govern, they only want to RULE.....To Govern, it takes compromise and agreement on at least parts of the issues.. When you RULE, no one else matters at all. Only your way is the right way... Republicans have become so bold that they openly say that if they can't get their way at the ballot box they will get their way through the ammo box...And they have the gall to say it is all about Freedom.....
