The final phase of the election is called Get Out The Vote or GOTV.
It's when volunteers put all of their energy into having as many
conversations with voters in key states as possible. It's proven
to be the most effective way to get people to the polls.
HFA supplies the script and gives you a list of voters. Pick the
times that work with your schedule, and our local organizer will
follow up.

I knew an experienced midwest Democratic higher-up who always
stressed the GOTV operation, worked 16 hour days Election 2000.
Any time you can give moves us forward.
