Wisconsin Governor Walker says running for U.S. president in 2016

Source: Reuters

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker announced on Monday he was joining the crowded Republican field seeking the White House in the November 2016 election.

"America needs new, fresh leadership with big, bold ideas from outside of Washington to actually get things done," Walker said in a new video. "I am running for president to fight and win for the American people."

My family found that only in Madison and Milwaukee.

My daughter lived there until eighteen months ago. My mother lives near the Dells. My cousins are near Watertown and River Falls. They despise Walker, but they are lifelong Democrats.

I hope this is true.

the one that funded the NeoCon's "Project for a New American Century" aka PNAC.

Considering Walker's almost total reliance on the ideas of others, there really is reason to consider the dangerous motivations of the others that provide oxygen to Walker's political life.

Sometimes I think it's Trump because he is an asshole. Sometimes I think it's Christie (has he announced yet, I can't keep up). Sometimes I thin it's Cruz because he strikes me as someone who would be head of the SS, given the opportunity.

But then there is Walker, who is actively running Wisconsin into the ground and I can't help but feel it is a template for what he would want to do as President.

Is a tale of what happens when a state has a first rate education system, and no follow up. Wisconsin's education system was considered first rate up to about the 90's. That's when the brain drain caught up with the State, only dumb people were left to vote and gave us this sphincter boy.

Those were midterms or off-cycle elections when voters turnouts were much lower.

Who won the Wisconsin Senate seat in 2012? Tammy Baldwin the first openly gay person to be elected to the US Senate and of course, a democrat.

And also Ron Johnson's Wisconsin senate seat is also looking very vulnerable again because this is a presidential election year.

It is a shame that the democratic voters cannot be reliable to show up every election but they will show up at least every 4 years. In 2012 there was a 65% voter turnout across the country (Based on eliglbe voters). In 2014 there was only a 33% voter turnout. Even if we can get 50% of the voter turnout in 2016, Scott Walker won't even win his own state. And we'll see Russ Feingold return to the US Senate.

Walker reminds voters of union, recall victories as he joins crowded 2016 Republican field

By SCOTT BAUER and STEVE PEOPLES Associated Press
July 13, 2015 — 10:50am
VideoVideo (01:41) : Gov. Scott Walker enters presidential race with tweet and this campaign video.

MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker declared his candidacy for president on Monday, casting himself as a "fighter" who muscled through an aggressive conservative agenda in a state that typically supports Democrats.

The second-term governor becomes the 15th high-profile Republican to enter the GOP presidential contest, yet he says he occupies a unique space in the congested field.

"In the Republican field, there are some who are good fighters, but they haven't won those battles. And there are others who've won elections, but haven't consistently taken on the big fights. We showed you can do both," Walker said in a video released by his campaign. "I am running for president to fight and win for the American people."

Walker is highlighting his clashes with labor unions as the foundation for his candidacy. His late-afternoon announcement is set in the same convention hall where he hosted his victory party after winning a union-backed recall election...................

The GOP is such a joke. And this new clown is a puppet for the Koch brothers.

Scott Walker Announces Candidacy to Destroy America's Economy

WASHINGTON (The Nil Admirari): Earlier today, Koch brothers' puppet Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R) announced his candidacy to destroy America's economy by using the same failed trickle-down economic policies he has employed in Wisconsin. Walker's announcement was largely overshadowed by the unfolding debt crisis in Greece, which Walker promised would pale in comparison to what he intended to do to the global economy.

And...

Walker added, "I have also wasted tax payer funds by giving money to businesses that were ineligible for it, because I did not provide proper oversight for handouts to taker businesses. Do you know Wisconsin ranks dead last in the country for new business start-up activity because of me?"
