Sandusky Case: Court Filing Mentions at Least 17 Accusers...
Source: State College News (Pennsylvania)
In a court motion filed Thursday, Jerry Sandusky's lead defense attorney, Joseph Amendola, makes mention of at least 17 possible accusers in the child sexual abuse case.
In his motion, Amendola asked prosecutors to turn over information regarding "possible accusers who have been identified as Nos. 11 through 17 as well as those whose identification are numbered from 18 and beyond."
This would suggest more people have come forward claiming they were abused by Sandusky, a former Penn State defensive coordinator.
A discovery request dated April 16 asked for information on "uncharged conduct evidence," while one filed April 23 pertained to employment records.

(95,337 posts)He was the Attorney General during the thick of this and he knew for almost 3 years what was happening there but instead choose to spend his time running for governor. What's worse - he was on the Board of Trustees at PSU for ELEVEN MONTHS - so the Board did know what was happening (Governor of PA automatically sits on the BoT for Penn State).
We need to get Karen Kane elected as Attorney General of Pennsylvania so we can find out what Corbett knew and when. I think he's just as crooked as the rest of them. If this was grave enough to get Joe Paterno fired I think it's grave enough to get the former AG investigated too!
