Obama, Hillary Clinton meet privately at the White House
Source: AP-Excite
WASHINGTON (AP) President Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton met privately at the White House Monday afternoon.
The White House says the former rivals-turned-colleagues met for about an hour and discussed a range of issues.
Obama and Clinton have met occasionally since she left the administration in 2013 after serving as secretary of state. Monday's meeting comes as Clinton prepares to launch another presidential campaign.

It pains me that H Clinton hired V. Nuland, fresh from D. Cheney's side, and used V. Nuland to continue shaping the ME WoT. It pains me that V. Nuland, a PNACer to in her bones, has continued to rise under SoS J. Kerry.
That, to me, is creepy and wrong.
It's too bad. I have to live with not liking it.

They know exactly what PNAC is. They know the consequences of expanding fields of never-ending war for profit.
They know exactly who Robert Kagan is, and how he and Victoria Nuland, his wife, are now total HRC supporters and call themselves the new breed of "liberal interventionists". You can't make this shit up.
The technique from here on will be denial denial denial, pretending the past didn't exist, that the present doesn't exist, and that there is no portent of the future under a HRC presidency. Mixed with uplifting photos of HRC expressing extreme happiness, or deep concern. The campaign will be all promises re. what one HRC booster called "kitchen counter issues". Like this week's income equality that'll happen just like magic. Because like other aspects of HRC's reality, the TPP isn't to be discussed, noway, nohow.
Wow, does the Democratic party ever need a robust primary. A political bubble like that just isn't viable.

(2,344 posts)It helped us all heal. It was a strategic forward thinking move politically. Most of all we were shown Obama's humility and his knack of putting country before politics. Great move. Yes I vote for Hillary or whoever our nominee will be. Our Democratic field so strong. Republicans ... not so much.
