Source: ABC News (Yahoo)

The package was found by a couple strolling the beach near the town of Cervantes, Nine News reports.

Kingsley and Vicki Miller found the package on July 2 of last year, nearly four months after the plane vanished, but news of the discovery was not publicly reported until today.

They reported the discovery to the local police who handed it over to the Joint Agency Coordination Center which is handling the investigation into the missing plane....

Most parts of the plane will sink right away, some of the remaining pieces will float until so waterlogged they sink too, whatever remains will be small and dispersed.

Not surprising nothing has been found especially since the searchers have no accurate idea where the plane went down.

Now if there had been blood on it or some DNA maybe it could have been matched against the victims. The towelette could have got there several other ways than from that particular flight.

amazed the quantity of just stupid craps she(we) accumulated over the years.

being a depression child, this type of thing is something she would have saved for later use.
assume these things were not limited to that flight.

would assume if you did a world wide scavenger hunt you would be able to come up with similar all over the world.

my mom to her credit would not have littered on the beach....
