And has not yet had a town hall meeting. He is in the district every break but always unannounced and to friendly locals like the Lions club or a high school. But never a town hall.

Some scheduled town halls without the rep, but put an empty suit at the podium and had other speakers address issues of concern.
Others put their reps' picture on the side of milk cartons and distributed them throughout the district.
