The House Intel Committee wants to end their investigation at the end of this month. Can they do that without the approval of the Speaker of the House?
If Paul Ryan let them all stop their investigation and then appointed a brand new committee that was committed to finding the truth and doing their job of oversight, then he would probably be much more popular back in Wisconsin? He might even have a chance of winning the next election?
But, he's not that smart.
Also, he's not that honest.
