How many democratic Senators (with a democratic President) would be required? (I know, a mere majority of democrats in the House.)

5. First changes to it...add an 8th bracket of 47 pct and a 9th of 60 pct.

Restore the SALT deduction fully.

Hike corporate taxes back up to 30 pct. Hit pass throughs harder.
