He said "we will rebuild the FBI". Hr is delusional. What he needs is to keep up with his meds and think about what he did by conspiring with Russians.

If he believes Russia rigged the election in his favor, he has to face the fact that he did not
win with his own believed charm, charisma, and intelligence.

Right now Trump is living in his own world, one he has created out of thin air.
