Our justice system is adversarial.

The prosecutor is supposed to try to build a case against a defendant.

That's the prosecutor's job. Once a special prosecutor is appointed, that person is going to set aside personal opinions and try to build that case against the suspects. That's the way our justice system works.

The key word is "adversarial."
