Doesn't mean we should enjoy our lives any less. If we can't do anything about it, then why let it distress us and ruin our own lives?

Life is full of sorrow, but it can also bring great joy. I have suffered great loss this year, but I will carry on. No wallowing in grief for me, although I feel it deeply still. This big old world is full of misery. But it is also full of good. It is kind of sad that people find the misery instead of the good, especially at this time of year. I suppose it all depends on our outlook on life. I like yours
