Fox is keeping control of their own fantasy channel. Too bad -- I wanted to see how long Donald would get away with not wearing pants.

The audience, though sizable, is the very bottom of the barrel - not much interest to quality advertisers.

....Disney would probably turn it down. That asset is toxic. You could alienate customers and who knows how much legal lawsuits you could be opening yourself up to.

Disney wants the IP's and Libraries...and that's about it. Their plan to launch its own version of Netflix wasn't that much of a threat...but with this acquisition, now they have they do. Netflix is going to lose a good chunk of content.
