It will be a disaster as it will show that the Republicans can get away with anything while the Democrats will crumple at the first sign of trouble. It will also embolden conservative ratfucking campaigns. Get ready to see sexual harassment claims against popular Democratic politicians from now on especially during election season or when the GOP is tying to pass some unpopular, awful legislation and needs a distraction.

I wish folks on DU would move onto other news. There is a LOT going on.

but he said the news report was false: he has NOT made a decision to resign.
