Manaford put up $11,000,000 in property for his bail.

What an idiot! He gets busted for contacting Russian with ties to Russian intell.

He just forfeited it to the government. What is wrong with these people!

Why didn't he just binge watch Netflix?

I'd like more clarification as well. But I don't think he'd think twice about leaving the country ecstatic Dec 2017 #3

Up as bail if the judge agreed to let him out of house arrest. But now what may happen is that he stays on house arrest indefinitely.

if the opportunity presented itself, regardless of any property losses. This is a guy who creates money for himself via conning/scamming/etc. (much like Thump). Easy come, easy go mentality.

Don’t know about—or could be “taken care of” by his dear friends in Russia.

I'll wait to hear about the bail and if the deal is getting revoked and the property not forfeited.

More likely it just won't be granted no matter the amount he put up.

He just got caught trying to sway opinion of himself in the public eye, which goes against direct instructions from the court. That he did so while using a person linked to Russia's spy network just makes him look all the worse.

He should be held in a federal facility where he has zero chance to escape to Mother Russia. He isn't trustworthy.
