Note from a source following Mueller's investigation:

plea agreement requires Flynn to cooperate with “other Federal, state and local law enforcement authorities" in whatever matters Mueller "deems relevant." Trump's pardoning authority doesn't extend to state or local crimes.

Source adds: "Mueller can require Flynn to cooperate with state or local criminal investigations of Manafort, Kushner or others if Mueller determines Flynn has relevant information that would help those investigations."

regarding real estate deals and practices. He can not be pardoned for that and Pence can't pardon the fucking moron on the NY charges.

to say the least. He knows damn well Dump may pardon everyone, including himself. But he knows the law a HELL of a lot better than Dump, or Ty Cobb for that matter.
