I am accepting this as an inevitable destruction that the GOP is going to pass and with the help of an illegitimate President will sign into law.

It will mean we have to have this country sink to new lows before for the next 2-3 years before the newly minted Democratically led Congress and a Democratic President will correct this awful horrible Reverse Robin Hood Tax Law.

The only good news is that the passing of this bill will make people wake up when they realize what the GOP has done and stands for....
