Flynn has already given Mueller what he needs-

Keep in mind, Mueller would want to know what in the hell Flynn has to offer in trade for a plea deal on just a single "smallish" charge. So Flynn and his lawyers have already been cooperating with the special counsels office.

This wouldn't take months to do. A couple hours a day for a couple days, I.E. why Trumps legal team got cut off. Flynn has already spilled the beans
