Flynn lied to the FBI on two accounts:
1. He told the FBI he didn't ask Russia to refrain from escalating on sanctions. HE DID.
2. He lied that he got confirmation from Russian on the restraint.
3. He told the FBI that he didn't asked the Russian Ambassador to DELAY AND DEFEAT a United Nation Security Council vote. HE DID!
4. He lied that he got confirmation from Russia on the UNSC vote action.

HOLY HELL, that is TREASON. He asked Russia to act against the US on a UNSC vote and strategized with them on sanctions.

The plea agreement says that he lied about the Russian Ambassador's response to his request on the UN vote. The Russian Ambassador may have said much more than a simple yes and engaged in a back and forth discussion on conditions, on a quid pro quo, etc.
