McConnell will try and move this POS to a vote by noon. Hunch is,Mitch is writing a new rule in order to get his 51 votes and close the Senate by 2pm.

Apparently these markets are pretty accurate. Right now there is a market for senate vote by Dec 8. 26% odds it will get fewer than 50 yes votes, 74% odds it will get 50 or more.

Moore 77% to win Alabama.
