It is constantly busy.

I will keep trying after I send him an email.

I did get through to Lamar Alexander's office and gave that aid an earful. He told me that Lamar has not decided how to vote yet on this bill. I asked "are you serious? It is one day until the vote and a man you has devoted 50 years of his life to public service has not decided how to vote yet on a bill that will be a disaster for millions of middle class and poor Tennesseans"

He is such a tool.
