She explained the police (and her) presence VERY clearly. They are there to keep the peace and to protect the privacy and peace of the shooter's family and their neighbors.

I think this is no only reasonable,but also laudable.

Yes, she bears some passing resemblance to Wasilla's Wonder Woman. So what?
