Oliver Stone is a POS

Pretty significant Hillary DNC revelation here (see Bob Parry below.) It was first reported in the vulturish BuzzFeed in January, but it took this long to make it ‘official.’ The Steele version was suspect rubbish from the beginning, but McCain and Brennan, among others, promoted it, and Hillary of course took it to the max. Major problem with American media -- they like to interpret the ‘facts’ the way they want to reach the conclusion they approve, ie., Russia is responsible for Hillary loss.

Diana Johnstone (see below) goes deeper and is dead-on about the meaning of Trump’s election -- how it’s been denied by our ‘guardians.’ The truth in the US has become more and more arduous to decipher. Am going through it again on the Trump release of JFK documents with total media distortion of my 1991 film. I can see why the World Series and sports in general are the rare gems in this media -- 9 batters, 9 innings, 27 outs -- with ties resolved.

3. Stones JFK movie is a laughfest.

He posits that everyone on the planet so hated JFK that they banded together to kill him.

The mob, the Cubans, the Russians, the CIA, the Secret Service, the military, LBJ and anyone else who was alive at the time. Natural enemies set aside their long-standing distrust of each other to plot together to kill JFK.

And the majority of Americans buy as truth a cinematic concoction that Stone himself has termed “a fiction.”

4. Yes. That movie was awful and strayed a long way from various facts.

The one that almost made me walk out of the theater was towards the end, when the Donald Sutherland character is talking to someone -- or someone is talking to him, can't recall -- and says that the slow down in the phones on November 22 was done deliberately for some nefarious purpose. Again, I can't recall the specifics but that is WRONG WRONG WRONG.

Back then, all phones were landlines. And there were only so many actual physical lines to be used. If all of them were in use, you couldn't get a dial tone, couldn't make a call.

I was a telephone operator in the late 1960's. We experienced that problem, loss of dial tone and available lines, every single year on Mother's Day. What happened on November 22, 1963, was Mother's Day times 100. So to repeat: there was no conspiracy or evil agent behind the phone problems that day, just technology.

6. Stone got two facts correct in JFK...

Kennedy was shot and killed.

Jim Garrison put Clay Shaw on trial.

Everything else in that movie is pure horseshit.

Stone never mentions how Garrison said Kennedy was killed as part of a "homosexual thrill kill club."

Stone added this rousing speech by Garrison at the close of the trial, that Garrison never made.

Garrison's *ONLY* evidence was testimony from a schizophrenic.

I never watched the movie because the caliber was obvious, given the source
