German news: 'Trump taking a sledgehammer to Obama's legacy'

There's a 30 minute English language German news show out of Berlin on one of the PBS cable channels Monday through Friday.
(Preceded by a 30 minute English language news show from Tokyo)

I caught the last 10 minutes of it today, and they said that without rationale,
Trump is taking a sledgehammer to Obama's legacy.

"His sole purpose is to destroy the eight years of Obama's Presidency at all costs,
regardless of whom it affects or hurts.

That includes not only the American people, but American allies and friends around the world.
President Trump has abandoned the leadership of the free world in order to obliterate the legacy of his predecessor."

Interesting to get a foreign perspective.
