Keep defending capitalism-what I see is greed and harming the citizen but then the well to do don't have to be responsible just the common man.

1. Beware Trans Union

I just went to get my free credit report including Trans Union. While verifying identity, they ask if you want your credit score. It asks for a credit card #, I presumed if you wanted to ask for extra services. Afterwards, I received an email that I was charged a $1 and on a once-a-month $19.95 subscription to credit monitoring.

The login I used didn't work to cancel. The High School mascot - they said was incorrect. I know my high school mascot! I called to cancel the service. It didn't take too long. The lady who helped me cancel this service was from India - I could hardly understand her, but she was very nice.

But ... I don't like the idea of people making $20 a day having access to my entire credit profile. Crazy!
