But I think that there is a max charge. It's either 8 or 10 cents per gallon.

At lease in MI both prices have to be posted on the pole in large numbers.

this is in CA. The convenience store near my old apartment is attached to an Arco. Nothing quite like popping in there for a sixer or a bag of chips and getting stuck in line behind a bunch of people waving wadas of cash and yelling "$20 on 4!"
