Congress BAD, President GOOD!

This is what the theme was at his rally in MO today while going on and on about his tax overhaul. Everything is the fault of Congress so blame them and not him. The audience ate it up, but I doubt Congress is applauding.

I didn't watch him (my mental health is fragile and I don't want to ruin my digestion either) but saw the "highlights" on MSNBC.
