Addick Reservoir

With more rain coming, I would be seriously considering mandatory evacuation of the flowage downstream, with a maximum effort to that end. Earthen works can fail fairly quickly.

I have a bad feeling . . after reading up on this facility.

and it's twin, the Barker Reservoir. It's pretty touchy, but they're both riding it out rather than evac thru flooded streets.

Up a foot in the last four hours.

Cypress Ck. levee is reported overtopped, dumping more mass into the Addicks basin.
