I almost felt sorry for the Republicans in Congress two weeks ago

when Whiny Donny showed his real stripes. After all, none of them, except Sessions, supported him. On the other hand, they did not like Cruz, wither. And they are stuck.

And then I remembered the turtle and his treatment of Garland, and, I think, many more judicial appointees. So I take solace in schadenfreude. And I am glad that the turtle and his spouse are split in the middle (she is the transportation secretary). It will not take long, I am sure, for Whiny Donny to give the turtle an offer he cannot refuse.
