She is a die-hard Birther. She keeps trying to get any court to accept that Obama's birth certificate isn't legit.

I wish she would disappear......nothing but bad news!

There is no Constitutional requirement for income tax returns to be released, but there is one for a President to be a natural born citizen. There's no question that President Obama was born in Hawaii, but I am surpised that ALL presidential candidates don't have to show a birth certificate in order to file to run.

On a side note, what does where Mitt Romney's father was born have to do with anything?

A candidate's legal right to run to the office is one that demands proof. To any reasonable person, Obama has demonstrated that eligibility, but the question itself is valid. Romney's returns are very unlikely to contain anything illegal (you have to figure he has very competent tax attorneys...), although they also very likely demosntrate his use of tax shelters that effin' well should be illegal.

Basically, these aren't equivalent matters.
