From the Weather Underground folks - the worst hit with wind and storm surge so far are Rockport, Fulton, Lamar, Holiday Beach.

131 MPH Gust recorded at Port Aransas a bit ago
It looks like it's the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge that's taking the worst hit right now, both the section that's out on the barrier isle and the peninsula.
I'm watching a stream online tonight (stupid ass football) at the Weather Geeks YouTube channel...it's a slight time delay of the Weather Channel.
