Time to see the Arpaio pardon as the execution order for "tough on crime", that trope has died

If you're going to cry and plead for a pardon when you're on the business end of the law instead of the side giving it out, then you aren't all that tough.

I will forever see "tough on crime" as being said by a little man who could not trust the system that he was a part of and you should too.
