In response to requests for Romney's tax returns, rightwingers ask to see Obama's transcripts

What part of graduating MAGNA CUM LAUDE from HARVARD LAW SCHOOL do they not understand?

Dear rightwingers, freepers, and trolls: There is a 99% chance that President Obama (or anyone who graduated with honors from HLS) is smarter than you. Deal with it, and move on!

It is the equivalent of student body president at Harvard Law School. ''The fact that I've been elected shows a lot of progress,'' Mr. Obama said today in an interview. ''It's encouraging.

...before you can be elected its president?

I'm not sure how it works, but that would make sense to me. He did graduate with high honors, so his grades would be high enough to have been invited as a member of the law review. Also when he was elected, he mentioned that he was only "first among equals"... It does not sound to me like a position that is filled through an election from the general campus population.

Different law schools do it differently. At my school the Dean selected the editor of the law review and there was no student input. This is from another article:

Barack Obama's election in 1990 as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review gave him his first moment of national fame, a powerful intellectual credential and a sweet book deal. It was also his first electoral victory, won in part by convincing the conservative minority of law students that he would treat them fairly.

It is unclear from the article how the election is held.

LOL WTF demanding all this shit from Obama that they are not asking their own candidate?

The "apples and oranges" desperation there just adds fuel to the fire as far as it looking like Romney's tax returns would hang him out to dry by proving all these lies, voter fraud, 0 tax rate and God knows what else.
