My Uncle Bob posted this on Facebook...worth the read.

"So, you think Donald Trump is a Republican?

I have stated from the beginning of his campaign that he was running just to take down the Republican party.
He bad-mouths Republicans every bit as bad as Democrats.
Bottom line: He appears to be an Independent or Democrat and I am still just DISGUSTED with him!!!

Here is a history of Trump’s voter registration since 1987:
* JULY 1987: Trump registers for the first time from his Fifth Avenue penthouse.
The real estate developer, 41 at the time, reports having previously been registered from his boyhood home in Queens (though his prior party affiliation is unclear). Trump enrolls as a REPUBLICAN.
* OCTOBER 1999: Trump dumps the GOP and enrolls as a member of the INDEPENDENCE PARTY.
* AUGUST 2001: Trump enrolls as a DEMOCRAT.
* SEPTEMBER 2009: After eight years as a Democrat, Trump returns to the REPUBLICAN PARTY.
* DECEMBER 2011: Trump lasts two years before he again abandons the party of Ronald Reagan. He eschews the GOP in favor of siding with no party. On his registration form, “The Apprentice” star checks off the box marked “I DO NOT WISH TO ENROLL IN A PARTY.”
* APRIL 2012: Trump registers as a REPUBLICAN. -- (Just to run and destroy the party).

He has relieved several die-hard Republicans from his cabinet.
James Comey: Republican-FBI Director 5/9/17 GONE
Michael Dubke: Republican-Communications Director 5/30/17 GONE
Sean Spicer: Republican- White House Press Secretary 7/21/17 GONE
Reince Prebus: Republican (head of Republican Party) White House Chief of Staff 7/28/17 GONE
Anthony Scaramucci: Republican- White House Communications Director 7/31/17 GONE
Steve Bannon: Republican 8/8/17 GONE
Michael Flynn: Republican- National Security Advisor-gone 2/14/17 GONE

Both Limbaugh and Bannon have very recently both stated publicly that those that are left in his cabinet are more Democrat than Republican:
Jared Kushner: (Wikipedia) (Jared Kushner had been a lifelong Democrat, making major donations to its candidates for years)( his father has done prison time for tax evasion) STILL THERE.
Jeff Sessions: Democrat (according to Limbaugh and Bannon)-STILL THERE.

He is a pathological liar, bigot, con, demagogue, fascist, narcissist, chauvinist, rude, hateful, insensitive, brash, bully, dangerous, and an egomaniac. (The problem with egomaniacs is that they can come off as very charming. They have an air about them that can make you, at first, feel very safe, taken care of, and admired. They’re usually very assertive and confident which are, of course, attractive qualities. However, they usually take those qualities too far—they believe they know what’s best for everyone and don’t even ask others what they want. At first, they seem caring, but they very quickly become bossy. Unfortunately, by the time you notice things going wrong, the egomaniac is so attached to you that breaking up with him will set him off. It’s best to avoid egomaniacs altogether but to do that, you have to spot them!). He also is a master at the art of persuasion/manipulation, that is quite evident."

So far....crickets!

And it is worth noting that "while he was a Democrat" he was a reality show host.
It is the idiot republicans that made him President of the United States.
All this does is show how stupid the republicans are.

He stands for NOTHING that a Democrat stands for.
He stands for EVERYTHING that a republican stands for.
They own him. They need to deal with it and quit trying to blame US for THEIR mistake.

...RushCo and the rest of his ilk have spent a lot of time teaching his "low information voters" that up is down, on is off, and black is white. This is the start of the march to teach them asshat is really a democrat and you shouldn't punish the republicans in the mid-terms if you don't like trump.

Dems need to hang him around the neck of every republican running in 2018 and 2020...like a 10 ton loadstone.

the republicans totally own Comrade Casino, the republican Draft-Dodger-in-Chief, and the inept & heinous republican Congress of Colluding Comrades.

It shows once again how morally bankrupt and degenerate republican "family values" really are as they try to pin the blame on someone else.

Deplorable.

They created Trump, they stuck by him and are continuing to stick by him. He is theirs. Anybody who has watched the GOP for the past 30 years could see that someday they would produce a candidate like Trump. It was only a matter of time.

But I expect to see this excuse a lot more as Trump self-destructs. "He's not really a Republican!" Bullshit. He is a creation of the Republican Party through and through. Don't let anyone get away with trying to tell you otherwise.

if cheeto took down the Republican party! Republicans do not want the middle class to survive, only their top class would continue to rule and thrive. Hopefully, barring election interference, the midterms will get the Democrats back to even out some power. Ridding us of Mich & Paul would be wonderful!!! I don't think the Republican party will be able to disavow him-they've been only too happy to be right up his butt at every turn & twist except this last Charlottesville gaffe, but even then, way too little, way too late.

I am quite sure that's what many Republicans are trying to tell themselves these days and will be the strategy going forward.

If you fall for this nonsense you are a rube.
