Al Franken (D-MN) is the ideal Vice Presidential runningmate to either Cory Booker (D-NJ), Kamala Harris (D-CA), or Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and here is why.
Franken is a progressive Democratic US Senator from MN-a battleground state in the midwest. MN has and will have a Democratic Governor after 2018. Franken's US Senate successor will be a Democrat-Keith Ellison.

1. Don't overlook Chris Murphy from CT as a 2020 POTUS candidate

He would get my vote right now.

He's a solid progressive, charismatic, young, and untainted by any scandal, real or invented.

He's at least as capable as the other three candidates you mentioned.

8. If Franken decides to run for President and comes in 1st place in IA,NH,and NV then I would

consider Franken to be the likely Presidential nominee with Kamala or Cory as the VP runningmate.

4. I love Al. I think he is probably one of the smartest people - if not the smartest -

in the Senate. Although, in this country, that could work against him. *sigh*
