(68,768 posts)Better to have some who don't agree with us all of the time (only agree most of the time) than those who never agree with us. We can not even bring stuff to the floor...being in the minority sucks...and while we have been more successful at blocking Trump and the Cons than I expected...we are playing defense. At some point they will score. Also we are not advancing a progressive agenda. We need the House majority in 18 and of course the Senate would be nice. We need both with the next Democratic president or we play defense and never get to govern.
