Obama message goes viral after Charlottesville violence
.... "No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion," Obama said in the message, quoting the late South African leader Nelson Mandela.
Obama's tweet garnered 2.3 million "likes," the third most popular of all time, according to the Twitter-tracking site Favstar. The message was retweeted 980,000 times. ....
The most-liked tweet of all time was from singer Ariana Grande earlier this year -- saying "from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry" -- after a deadly attack at her Manchester concert.

His 34 percent approval in that survey marks a new low for the president and, as Marquette Law School poll director Charles Franklin pointed out on Twitter, its a figure thats lower than the all-time lows of every post-World War II president except the Bushes, Jimmy Carter, Harry Truman and Richard Nixon. His 61 percent disapproval number is higher than the all-time highs for any president in that period except George W. Bush, Nixon and Truman.

Obamas all-time high disapproval number four points lower than Trumps came years into his presidency. It took Trump only months. ....
Its worth noting, too, that Obamas high and low poll numbers are set in stone. Trumps could still conceivably get worse.
